Delete your account or data

You can permanently delete specific data (a single project, a vendor, photos, leave records, etc.) or your entire account at any time, free of charge. This page covers both flows.

Option A — Delete specific data (no account deletion)

Most studiio data is deletable directly from inside the app — you don't need to ask us:

  • Projects — open the project → kebab menu (⋯) → Delete. Removes the project, its rooms, items, BoQ, discussions, and uploaded files.
  • Rooms / items / BoQ line items — open the room or item → Edit → Delete.
  • Vendors — Settings → Catalogs → Vendors → Delete the row.
  • Attendance punches / leave requests — Attendance screen → tap the entry → Cancel/Delete.
  • Photo attachments & documents — open the parent item → Files tab → tap the file → Delete.
  • Team members (owner only) — Settings → Team & access → revoke the user.

If you can't find the data you want to remove inside the app, or want us to delete a category in bulk (e.g. "delete all my photo attachments older than X date"), email us:

Subject: Delete specific studiio data

Body: Email from your registered studiio address. List the specific data, projects, or date ranges you want removed. We confirm within 3 business days and delete within 14 days.

Option B — Delete your entire studiio account

If you want everything gone — account, all studios you own, all data — follow the steps below.

1. How to request full account deletion

Send an email from the address registered to your studiio account to:

Subject: Delete my studiio account

Body: Include the email address registered on your studiio account, the studio name, and a brief confirmation that you want all associated data permanently deleted.

We respond to every request within 3 business days. Once we confirm your identity (matching the registered email), deletion is completed within 30 days.

2. What gets deleted (full account)

The following is permanently removed from our active systems:

  • Your user profile: name, email, password hash, biometric flag (Face ID / Touch ID enable state — the biometric data itself never leaves your device).
  • All projects, rooms, items, BoQ entries, vendors, and attached files you created or own.
  • Discussion threads and messages you authored.
  • Attendance punches and leave requests associated with your account.
  • Reception visit / delivery / appointment logs you created.
  • Device push-notification tokens.
  • Cached billing events and any active subscription state.
  • The 4-digit PIN hash stored on your devices is automatically cleared when you sign out of the app — it is never uploaded to our servers.

3. What we have to keep (and for how long)

Some records are retained briefly after deletion to satisfy legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations. None of these are accessible from any user-facing surface after deletion.

4. Shared studio data

If you are a team member (not the studio owner), deleting your account removes you from the studio but leaves studio data intact for the owner and remaining members. If you are the studio owner, deletion removes you AND the entire studio's content, including team members' contributions.
