Acceptance of terms

By creating a studiio account or using the studiio app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Studiio is operated by Frontier Digital, Mumbai, India.

Your account

You sign in to studiio with a one-time code sent to your email (and, optionally, Face ID / Touch ID / device passcode on supported phones). You are responsible for keeping your email account, your phone, and any device biometrics secure. If you think someone has accessed your studiio account, tell us at [email protected] immediately.

You must be at least 16 years old to use studiio.

Subscription plans

Studiio is an auto-renewable paid subscription. After the free tier limits are reached, you can subscribe to a paid plan. After the trial ends, your subscription will renew automatically at the price of the plan you selected, on a monthly (1 month) or annual (1 year) cycle, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

What every paid plan includes (only seat count + project cap vary by tier):

BoQ export (PDF & Excel) and client magic-link signing.
Attendance with geofence + photo punches; reception / visitor log; iPad kiosk mode.
Threaded discussions on every BoQ line; activity feed by room.
Client portal with per-section toggles.
Multi-device sync (iOS, Android and web) on a single account.
Daily encrypted backups and 30-day retention.

Plan titles, lengths and prices (Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST where applicable):

studiio — Studio 15 plan · annual (1 year) · Rs 99,990 per year (Rs 8,332 per month equivalent) · 15 team seats · up to 14 active projects.
studiio — Studio 20 plan · monthly (1 month) · Rs 12,499 per month · 20 team seats · up to 16 active projects.
studiio — Studio 20 plan · annual (1 year) · Rs 1,24,990 per year (Rs 10,415 per month equivalent) · 20 team seats · up to 16 active projects.

You can change plan, change seat count, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app, or from your Apple ID Account Settings / Google Play subscription settings / studiio.co.in billing page, depending on where you originally subscribed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

Subscribers via the Apple App Store

The following terms apply if you subscribe to studiio on iPhone or iPad through the Apple App Store. They are required by Apple's App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2(a) and supplement the rest of this agreement.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package (monthly or annual plan as listed above).
Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to studiio, where applicable.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy. Contact Apple Support to request a refund — Frontier Digital cannot process App Store refunds directly.

Subscribers via the Google Play Store

The following terms apply if you subscribe to studiio on Android through the Google Play Store, as required by Google Play's subscription policies.

Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package (monthly or annual plan as listed above).
Subscriptions may be managed, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by going to your Google Play Account → Subscriptions after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to studiio, where applicable.

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy. Contact Google Play Support to request a refund — Frontier Digital cannot process Google Play refunds directly.

Subscribers via studiio.co.in (Cashfree)

The following terms apply if you subscribe to studiio on the web at studiio.co.in, where payment is processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt Ltd.

Payment will be charged to your selected payment method (UPI AutoPay mandate, card or net-banking mandate) at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your selected payment method will be debited for renewal on or shortly before the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package (monthly or annual plan as listed above).
Subscriptions may be managed, and auto-renewal may be turned off, by visiting Settings → Billing on studiio.co.in after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription to studiio.

Refunds for charges made via Cashfree: we will refund a charge in full within 7 days of the charge if you have not used the app during that period. After 7 days, or after substantive app usage, charges are not refundable. Write to [email protected] with your transaction ID to request a refund.

Payment processing

Payment for studiio is handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Cashfree — depending on the platform on which you subscribed. Frontier Digital never sees or stores your card, UPI account or bank details. We only store the transaction receipt and the resulting subscription state (plan, billing period end, payment method type).

Subscription renewals happen automatically. We will send you an email receipt for every successful charge.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use studiio to:

Do anything illegal under Indian law, or use it to facilitate illegal activity by others.
Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate other people — whether teammates, clients, vendors, or anyone else.
Upload malware, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, scrape data at scale, or attack our infrastructure.
Share your login with people outside the seat count you've paid for.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For severe violations we may do so without notice.

Intellectual property

You keep full ownership of every piece of project, client, room, BoQ, attendance, and conversation data you put into studiio. We have a limited licence to store and process it solely so we can provide the service to you.

The studiio app — its code, design, brand, name, and trademarks — is owned by Frontier Digital. You may not copy, redistribute, or build a competing product based on the app.

Termination

You can cancel and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if we are required to do so by law. If we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period (Cashfree only — Apple / Google refunds follow their policies).

Limitation of liability

Studiio is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Frontier Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost business, or lost data — arising from your use of studiio. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use studiio after that counts as accepting the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
